Shown by uses of fur and leather, earth tones and crazy prints, designers from Burberry to Valentino gave a salute to the adventuresome yet stylish nomad. Presented in both men’s and women’s RTW, designers captured the restless and wandering soul. Dressed with an eclectic aesthetic, the trend incorporates mixing and matching textiles and textures. The trend personifies a conglomeration of bold pieces to create an even more robust visual. It’s about throwing your favorite garments from abroad- that scarf from Africa or knit top from Milan- into one ensemble. It’s true what they say, that traveling is the only expense that makes you richer… unless of course you’re constantly splurging on treasures to complete your wardrobe!
