Podcasts have been a popular source of entertainment and a way of life for some time now. From listening to your favorite musician talking about their process, to listening to what’s hot in fashion and beauty, these six podcasts  I’ve curated six podcasts that will add a fresh new take on what you love to listen to.

Fashion Victims: Hosted by Darnell Jamal Lisby and Luke Meagher

Fashion Victims is a fashion podcast hosted by YouTube and fashion commentator Luke Meagher (Haute le Mode) and fashion curator Darnell Jamal Lisby. On the podcast, both hosts talk about what’s relevant in today’s fashion industry, from discussing fashion shows and insights on brand collaborations to digging into the historical references of a collection. Their wide range of fashion knowledge and commentary will not disappoint. Overall, this podcast will give you information about what’s conversational and hot within fashion. If you love learning about the leaders in the fashion industry, then you’ll love The Cutting Room Floor. The Cutting Floor is an essential podcast for people who are interested in working in the fashion industry. Each week, fashion designer Recho Omondi interviews the top and the most important names in fashion. From June Ambrose to James Scully, she takes a deep dive on issues like discrimination, nepotism, capitalism, and others within the industry. In each episode, the interviewees tell their story about what they came from and how they succeed in the industry along with telling their struggles. Each week, Brooke brings along women she admires to talk about beauty trends, products, tips that they’re loving.  Brooke’s unique approach on different topics and how it is relatable to the everyday woman is worth a listen. Fat Mascara:

Fat Mascara takes on the world of beauty in a big juicy way. A podcast started by beauty journalists Jessica Matlin and Jennifer Sullivan, Fat Mascara takes you on a ride twice a week (Tuesdays and Fridays), sharing insights on the beauty industry, stories of their journeys of beauty, and sharing what’s the best and hot products out.
